The building was built in 1906, as a mission Church, to serve the needs of the parish. After the completion of the Church building in 1935, it became the parish hall. It is a grade II listed building, which has recently been renovated, and is in use by the parish, community and different organizations.
The building comprises of a large and small hall, which can seat 100 and 30 people comfortably. The building complies with the requirements of the Disability Act 2005.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate utilities for men, women, disabled and a baby changing room. The hall operates a no smoking and drinking of alcohol policy.
